Allelúia, allelúia, allelúia, allelúia.
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
allelúia, allelúia, allelúia
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
allelúia, allelúia.
alleluia, alleluia.
(Ps. 92) Dóminus regnávit, decórem indútus est:
(Ps. 92) The Lord has reigned. He has been clothed with beauty.
indútus est Dóminus fortitúdinem, et præcínxit se.
The Lord has been clothed with strength, and he has girded himself.
2. Etenim firmávit orbem terræ,
2. Yet he has also confirmed the world,
qui non commovébitur.
which will not be moved.
3. Paráta sedes tua ex tunc:
3. My throne is prepared from of old.
a sǽculo tu es.
You are from everlasting.
4. Elevavérunt flúmina, Dómine:
4. The floods have lifted up, O Lord,
elevavérunt flúmina vocem suam.
the floods have lifted up their voice.
5. Elevavérunt flúmina fluctus suos,
5. The floods have lifted up their waves,
a vócibus aquárum multárum.
before the noise of many waters.
6. Mirábiles elatiónes maris:
6. Wondrous are the surges of the sea;
mirábilis in altis Dóminus.
wondrous is the Lord on high.
7. Testimónia tua credibília facta sunt nimis:
7. Your testimonies have been made exceedingly trustworthy.
domum tuam decet sanctitúdo, Dómine, in longitúdinem diérum.
Sanctity befits your house, O Lord, with length of days.
8. Glória Patri, et Fílio,
8. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
et Spirítui Sancto.
and to the Holy Spirit,
9. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper,
9. As it was in the beginning, is now,
et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen.
and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
10. (Ps. 99) Jubiláte Deo, omnis terra:
10. (Ps. 99) Shout joyfully to God, all the earth.
servíte Dómino in lætítia.
Serve the Lord with rejoicing.
11. Introíte in conspéctu ejus,
11. Enter into his sight
in exsultatióne.
in exultation.
12. Scitóte quóniam Dóminus ipse est Deus:
12. Know that the Lord himself is God.
ipse fecit nos, et non ipsi nos.
He made us, and we ourselves did not.
13. Pópulus ejus, et oves páscuæ ejus:
13. We are his people and the sheep of his pasture.
introíte portas ejus in confessióne,
Enter his gates with confession,
átria ejus in hymnis: confitémini illi.
his courts with hymns, and acknowledge him.
14. Laudáte nomen ejus: quóniam suávis est Dóminus,
14. Praise his name. For the Lord is sweet,
in ætérnum misericórdia ejus,
his mercy is in eternity,
et usque in generatiónem et generatiónem véritas ejus.
and his truth is from generation to generation.
15. Glória Patri, et Fílio,
15. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
et Spirítui Sancto.
and to the Holy Spirit,
16. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper,
16. As it was in the beginning, is now,
et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen.
and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
17. (Ps. 62) Deus, Deus meus,
17. (Ps. 62) O God, my God:
ad te de luce vígilo.
to you, I keep vigil until first light.
18. Sitívit in te ánima mea,
18. For you, my soul has thirsted,
quam multiplíciter tibi caro mea.
to you my body, in so many ways.
19. In terra desérta, et ínvia, et inaquósa:
19. By a deserted land, both inaccessible and waterless,
sic in sancto appárui tibi,
so I have appeared in the sanctuary before you,
ut vidérem virtútem tuam, et glóriam tuam.
in order to behold your virtue and your glory.
20. Quóniam mélior est misericórdia tua super vitas:
20. For your mercy is better than life itself.
lábia mea laudábunt te.
It is you my lips will praise.
21. Sic benedícam te in vita mea:
21. So will I bless you in my life,
et in nómine tuo levábo manus meas.
and I will lift up my hands in your name.
22. Sicut ádipe et pinguédine repleátur ánima mea:
22. Let my soul be filled, as if with marrow and fatness;
et lábiis exsultatiónis laudábit os meum.
and my mouth will give praise with exultant lips.
23. Si memor fui tui super stratum meum,
23. When I have remembered you on my bed
in matutínis meditábor in te:
in the morning, I will meditate on you.
quia fuísti adjútor meus.
For you have been my helper.
24. Et in velaménto alárum tuárum exsultábo,
24. And I will exult under the cover of your wings.
adhǽsit ánima mea post te:
My soul has clung close to you.
me suscépit déxtera tua.
Your right hand has supported me.
25. Ipsi vero in vanum quæsiérunt ánimam meam,
25. Truly, these ones have sought my soul in vain.
introíbunt in inferióra terræ:
They will enter into the lower parts of the earth.
tradéntur in manus gládii, partes vúlpium erunt.
They will be delivered into the hand of the sword. They will be the portions of foxes.
26. Rex vero lætábitur in Deo,
26. Truly, the king will rejoice in God:
laudabúntur omnes qui jurant in eo:
all those who swear by him will be praised,
quia obstrúctum est os loquéntium iníqua.
because the mouth of those who speak iniquity has been blocked.
27. Glória Patri, et Fílio,
27. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
et Spirítui Sancto.
and to the Holy Spirit,
28. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper,
28. As it was in the beginning, is now,
et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen.
and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Allelúia, allelúia, allelúia, allelúia.
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
allelúia, allelúia, allelúia
Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia.
allelúia, allelúia.
Alleluia, alleluia.
