Oratio
Deus, qui beátum Callístum papam, ad Ecclésiæ servítium et pietátem erga christifidéles defúnctos suscitásti,
O God, who raised up Pope Saint Callistus the First to serve the Church and attend devoutly to Christ’s faithful departed,
ejus fídei testimónio, quǽsumus, nos róbora,
strengthen us, we pray, by his witness to the faith,
ut a servitúte corruptiónis erépti,
so that, rescued from the slavery of corruption,
incorruptíbilem hereditátem cónsequi mereámur.
we may merit an incorruptible inheritance.
Per Dóminum nostrum Jesum Christum, Fílium tuum,
Through our Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son,
qui tecum vivit et regnat in unitáte Spíritus Sancti, Deus,
Who livest and reignest with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God,
per ómnia sǽcula sæculórum.
