Introitus
Nunc scio vere,
quia misit Dóminus Angelum suum:
et erípuit me de manu Heródis,
et de omni exspectatióne plebis Judaeórum.
Ps. Dómine probásti me, et cognovísti me:
tu cognovísti sessiónem meam, et resurrectiónem meam.

that the Lord has sent His angel,
and rescued me from the power of Herod,
and from all that the Jewish people were expecting.
O Lord, You have probed me and You know me;
You know when I sit and when I stand.

Ahora realmente veo,
que el Señor envió a su Ángel:
y me arrebató de las manos de Herodes
y todo lo que el pueblo judío esperaba.
Sal. Señor, me escudriñas y me conoces:
Sabes cuándo me siento y cuándo me levanto.

Maintenant je sais vraiment
que le Seigneur a envoyé son ange
pour m’arracher aux mains d’Hérode
et à tout ce qu’attendait le peuple juif.
Ps. Seigneur, tu me scrutes et tu me connais ;
tu sais quand je m’assieds et quand je me lève.

Adesso riconosco veramente
che il Signore ha mandato il suo Angelo:
e mi ha liberato dalle mani di Erode
e da ogni attesa dei Giudei.
Sal. Signore, tu mi scruti e mi conosci:
tu sai quando seggo e quando mi alzo.

Nun weiß ich wahrhaftig,
daß der Herr seinen Engel gesandt:
und mich der Hand des Herodes entrissen hat
und all dem, was das Volk der Juden erhoffte.
PS. Herr, du hast mich erforscht und du kennst mich:
Ob ich sitze oder stehe, du weißt von mir.
Nun weiß ich wahrhaftig,
daß der Herr seinen Engel gesandt:
und mich der Hand des Herodes entrissen hat
und all dem, was das Volk der Juden erhoffte.
