Spíritu ambuláte et concupiscéntiam carnis ne perfecéritis.
Walk in the spirit, and you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh.
Caro enim concupíscit advérsus Spíritum,
For the flesh desires against the spirit,
Spíritus autem advérsus carnem;
and the spirit against the flesh.
hæc enim ínvicem adversántur,
And since these are against one another,
ut non quæcúmque vultis illa faciátis.
you may not do whatever you want.
