Antiphona
Vidi turbam magnam,
quam dinumeráre nemo póterat
ex ómnibus géntibus,
stantes ante thronum.
(Ps. 109) Dixit Dominus Dómino meo:
Sede a dextris meis:
2. Donec ponam inimícos tuos,
scabéllum pedum tuórum.
3. Virgam virtútis tuæ emíttet Dóminus ex Sion:
domináre in médio inimicórum tuórum.
4. Tecum princípium in die virtútis tuæ in splendóribus sanctórum:
ex útero ante lucíferum génui te.
5. Jurávit Dóminus, et non pœnitébit eum:
Tu es sacérdos in ætérnum secúndum órdinem Melchísedech.
6. Dóminus a dextris tuis,
confrégit in die iræ suæ reges.
7. Judicábit in natiónibus, implébit ruínas:
conquassábit cápita in terra multórum.
8. De torrénte in via bibet:
proptérea exaltábit caput.
9. Glória Patri, et Fílio,
et Spirítui Sancto.
10. Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper,
et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen.

I saw a great multitude,
which no man could number,
of all nations,
standing before the throne.
(Ps. 109) The Lord said to my Lord,
"Sit at my right hand,
2. until I make your enemies
your footstool."
3. The Lord will send the scepter of your power out of Zion,
"Rule over your enemies round about you.
4. Princely state has been yours from the day of your birth;
like dew from the womb of the morning, in the of holiness have I begotten you.
5. The Lord has sworn and he will not recant:
"You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek."
6. The Lord who is at your right hand
will smite kings in the day of his wrath.
7. He will rule over the nations. He will heap high the corpses;
he will smash heads over the wide earth.
8. He will drink from the brook beside the road;
therefore he will lift high his head.
9. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,
10. As it was in the beginning, is now,
and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Vi una muchedumbre inmensa
que nadie podría contar,
de todos los pueblos,
de pie delante del trono.
(Sal. 109) Oráculo del Señor a mi Señor:
«siéntate a mi derecha,
2. y haré de tus enemigos
estrado de tus pies».
3. Desde Sión extenderá el Señor el poder de tu cetro:
somete en la batalla a tus enemigos.
4. «Eres príncipe desde el día de tu nacimiento, entre esplendores sagrados;
yo mismo te engendré, como rocío, antes de la aurora».
5. El Señor lo ha jurado y no se arrepiente:
«Tú eres sacerdote eterno, según el rito de Melquisedec».
6. El Señor a tu derecha,
el día de su ira, quebrantará a los reyes.
7. Dará sentencia contra los pueblos, amontonará cadáveres,
quebrantará cráneos sobre la ancha tierra.
8. En su camino beberá del torrente,
por eso, levantará la cabeza.
9. Gloria al Padre, y al Hijo,
y al Espíritu Santo.
10. Como era en el principio, y ahora y siempre,
por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
Vi una muchedumbre inmensa

J'ai vu une grande foule;
que personne ne pouvait compter,
de toute nation,
qui se tenaient devant le trône.
(Ps. 109) Le Seigneur a dit a mon Seigneur :
Assieds-toi à ma droite.
2. En attendant que je fasse de tes ennemis
l'escabeau de tes pieds.
3. Le Seigneur fera sortir de Sion le sceptre de ta puissance ;
Règne en maître au milieu de tes ennemis.
4. A toi le pouvoir souverain au jour de ta force, dans les splendeurs du sanctuaire.
De mon sein, avant l'aurore, je t'ai engendré.
5. Le Seigneur l'a juré, il ne s'en repentira point.
Tu es prêtre à jamais selon l'ordre de Melchisédech.
6. Le Seigneur est à ta droite :
au jour de sa colère, il brisera les rois.
7. Il jugera les nations ; il remplira tout de ruines ;
il écrasera sur la terre les têtes d'un grand nombre.
8. Il boira en chemin au torrent ;
c'est pourquoi il relèvera la tête.
9. Gloire au Père, et au Fils,
et au Saint-Esprit,
10. Comme il était au commencement, maintenant et toujours,
pour les siècles des siècles. Amen.
J'ai vu une grande foule;
que personne ne pouvait compter,
de toute nation,

che nessuno poteva contare,
da tutte le nazioni,
davanti al trono.
(Sal. 109) Oracolo del Signore al mio Signore:
«Siedi alla mia destra,
2. finché io ponga i tuoi nemici
a sgabello dei tuoi piedi».
3. Lo scettro del tuo potere stende il Signore da Sion:
«Domina in mezzo ai tuoi nemici.
4. A te il principato nel giorno della tua potenza tra santi splendori;
dal seno dell'aurora, come rugiada, io ti ho generato».
5. Il Signore ha giurato e non si pente:
«Tu sei sacerdote per sempre al modo di Melchisedek».
6. Il Signore è alla tua destra,
annienterà i re nel giorno della sua ira.
7. Giudicherà i popoli: in mezzo a cadaveri
manderà in frantumi le teste nella terra di molti.
8. Lungo il cammino si disseta al torrente
e solleva alta la testa.
9. Gloria al Padre, e al Figlio,
e lo Spirito Santo.
10. Come era in principio e ora e sempre,
nei secoli dei secoli. Amen.

aus allen Nationen,
die standen vor dem Thron im Angesicht des Lammes.
(Ps. 109) So spricht der Herr zu meinem Herrn:
Setze dich mir zur Rechten
2. und ich lege dir deine Feinde
als Schemel unter die Füße.
3. Vom Zion strecke der Herr das Zepter deiner Macht aus:
« Herrsche inmitten deiner Feinde! »
4. Dein ist die Herrschaft am Tage deiner Macht wenn du erscheinst in heiligem Schmuck;
habe dich gezeugt noch vor dem Morgenstern,
5. Der Herr hat geschworen und nie wird's ihn reuen:
« Du bist Priester auf ewig nach der Ordnung Melchisedeks. »
6. Der Herr steht dir zur Seite;
er zerschmettert Könige am Tage seines Zornes.
7. Er hält Gericht unter den Völkern, er häuft die Toten,
die Häupter zerschmettert er weithin auf Erden.
8. Er trinkt aus dem Bach am Weg;
so kann er (von neuem) das Haupt erheben.
9. Ehre sei dem Vater und dem Sohn
und dem Heiligen Geist.
10. Wie im Anfang, so auch jetzt und alle Zeit,
und in Ewigkeit. Amen.
